Breath is the life force of the human body. We in the west breathe shallow and this weakens our body and all its systems, especially the immune system.
By practicing deep breathing techniques for 20 minutes daily we can change the body’s physiology such that we will prevent harmful viruses and bacteria from affecting the body. This has been proven many times and is the subject of numerous university studies.
I have done two forms of breath exercise, Wim Hof Method and Transformational Breathwork. Both are great as I have had excellent experiences with both.
