Empowerment and Energy Production

Yesterday I was directed by spirit to work on the concepts of empowerment and energy production. This is a step in the ascension studies and practices that we have been doing for a few months now.

Simply put, Empowerment is the belief that you have the ability to control the course of your life. You empower yourself on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels through activities that get you more in touch with your true self, your higher self, and finally your Christ Consciousness. 

I set about putting some thoughts in writing that can be used on a daily basis. In the following “energy” refers to your body’s life force energy, qi , prana, etc.

Empowering thoughts lead to

Empower words which lead to

Conscious Decisions which lead to

Conscious Behaviours which lead to

Conscious Actions that either

Increase energy production or

Use energy efficiently and wisely.

I am peaceful

I am joyful

I am loving

I am loved

I am wise

I am thoughtful

I am kind

I am empathetic

I am helpful

I am courageous

I love my soul mate

I am devoted to the practice of Unity Consciousness, the first practice of the Law of One, in the belief or direct Gnosis that every being is an individualized expression of God, which our ultimate spiritual purpose is to give expression to God.

I am devoted to the process of Ascension, also known as Spiritual Awakening, the simultaneous increase of Expanding Consciousness that occurs when our spiritual-energetic bodies connect into our physical bodies.
